Video Résumés: Why's Everyone so Scared?


Video résumés are in today's gray zone of recruiting.  Most recruiters and HR folk will tell you that anything along the lines of a photo, video, or other divulgence of your personal demographics is a no-no.  What I'm after here is to address the question of why are people so scared to refer to a video résumé as the next recruiting tool?  Click here to read on...
