There is only one success mantra of having a team of good employees and that is hiring the best, best and best possible talent. Isn't it? A bad hiring causes harm to company as well as co-worker's productivity. That means a huge responsibility on HR recruiters to hire good candidates. Maintaining communication: No business can run smoothly if there is a lack of communication between employees and employers. HR managers play a vital role in improving communication level and managing proper communication.
Employee interaction: Well, this is a part of communication. Employee interaction is one of the best ways to retain best employees. It is always great to talk to employees about the problems they are facing and things they needed.
Company practices: HR's are the one who knows what are the practices which are following in an organization. They are responsible for building policies and practices. Employees job positions, their salaries, leave policies, arranging meeting etc . all are managed by the HR managers.
External affairs: The job of an HR manager is not limited to a company, they also have to take care of external matters. Generally, they have to manage outside vendors, insurance companies, broadband connection agencies, the list is endless.
The moral of the story is that the job of HR team is not easy and is full of responsibilities. They have to take care of hundreds of task and a single mistake leads to a great loss.
