"When I am not safe, how can I recruit others??"

Ya' that’s true, and it is not fake. my job is not secure ,any time I can be kicked out from the company, but yet my CEO is saying to me to recruit good people for orgnization, yes I know he has given me a team for this and moreover recruitment is just a part of my profile. But no option. I will have to do that.
But my point is that because of reccession, my job is not secure then how can I recruit others??? Ya' there is no motivating factor behind this, no choice except to do.
When it comes to become a smart recruiter you have to negotiate with everything. you know that your salary is not good, the facilities which is given to you are not satisfactory, even now a days my company doesn’t provide me lunch and doesn’t drop me at my home, still I am recruiting persons for my company with high sakary, facilities including lunch and dinner and off course pick and drop. But again I m doing this to save my job.
What is this; I am loosing my job and securing others. If market is down, it should be for everyone, why with me?? If I would be in other work profile, it would not hurt me but working as recruiter loosing everything, my confidence, my moral and my motivation level. When my future is in dark how can I bring lights in others?

I am a smart recruiter but I don’t want to be a looser. Is there any way to motivate my self? How to overcome of this situation, pls any body tell me??

It sounds like you are talking yourself out of it. Negativity is viral. Especially in high end and technical when you deal with analytical, well educated people. Your attitude is what is going to determine your success and future. Maybe you could take time to sharpen your saw and come back stronger than ever.

It's not only you who is feeling this way. In fact most of people are feeling the same including myself.
But hey, you should not let the negative feeling take over you. We all know this is a bad time, and bad time will always pass.
When you say your company does not provide you the facilities, think of it as a way of cost cutting from your company in such an Economy.
Be patient and let the rough time pass. Have faith.

Peace 
