If you can't find talent for your IT/technical positions in a world that is reeling with layoffs, you have a problem. Or your hiring manager has a litany of issues. Or the people who could work for you have an inflated sense of salary.

I believe employers are making it harder than it truly is.
If folks think that IT talent is hard to find and expensive, why not Outsource Management? Management is not only expensive, its competence is in question.
This is not about a shortage - it's about a shortage of low paid IT work.
Outsourcing doesn't pay taxes and unemployed workers don't spend money.
I probably won't get the proven experience because I will end up strangling the moron who interviews me for the job.
