W Willingness (to listen and change, to both the client and the candidate because they both have something to add to the recruitment process)
I Integrity If you don't have integrity you won't last and your clients will not come back, more importantly your candiddates will quickly pass the word about you, probably on a recruiting blog!
S Simplicity. Straight talk, clear communication to candidates and clients about expectations and feedback
E Empathy. Remember that everyone in the recruitment process deserves respect. The candidates hopes and the clients expectations.
So a smart recuiter is WISE and a WISE recruiter is successful!
