I’d assume that we blog on this Forum to share thoughts on the Recruiting Industry as it applies to our experiences of it. Hopefully, we get a chance to share, question, agree, disagree, learn and yes even debate the ideas proposed by its members.
Why are we afraid of debate? Why do we feel it wrong to question and or probe other ideas proposed on the Market in which we thrive?
We read a ton of ideas on Social Media and its impact on our Market – Its seems some of us would rather bury our heads in the sand instead of sharing intelligently a challenge that the market is or it’s not evolving. If we can’t question ideas proposed what is the point of blogging... We should be able to agree to disagree.
We all bring different experiences to the Market whether you are a Contract HR/Recruitment Consultant, a TPR, a VP HR, Internal Corporate Recruiter or a Social Media Expert. I’d like to think we can learn something from the Authors of these blogs and more importantly challenge intelligently when we differ with the ideas proposed ...
All debate welcomed!
