Uh, so there's this thing called OFCCP that kinda means you have to apply for jobs as part of the hiring process for compliance purposes. In fact, there's no way around this at most large companies...all candidates must apply directly to the posted requisition to be considered.

Sort of like the guy who was about to lose eveything. He dropped to his knees and asked God to let him win the lottery, it was his last resort. At the end of his prayer, the thunder rolled and a big voice said,

"I WANT TO HELP YOU JOHN, BUT HELP ME HERE, YOU HAVE TO BUY A TICKET".
