Yes to Data Driven Recruitment Means No to Traditional Recruitment Metrics

Read our brand new White Paper - Yes to Data Driven Recruitment Means No to Traditional Recruitment Metrics

In this white paper, I review recruitment metrics that are widely used within the recruitment industry and whether they are in fact beneficial or even helpful when it coming to driving improvements

As a talent acquisition leader, you will understand how important recruitment metrics are to improving the quality of hire and the quality of the hiring process.

However, are you spending all your time measuring and reporting on recruitment metrics that:

  • Are not a true reflection of your team’s performance?
  • Are not helping you drive the right behaviours in your recruitment team?
  • Are not supporting your team to engage better with your Hiring Manage community?
  • Are not enabling you to hire better people?

If any of the above is true for you, then our expert white paper on the future of recruitment metrics has been written for you!  I hope you enjoy it and would love to hear how you are currently measuring recruitment performance.

Hi Howard!

In the previous day's the staffing agency uses hiring manually and there is a lots of work to do and takes a lot's of time to do.

But now the time has changed and use of ATS System is trending higher so i would suggest to use Best Applicant Tracking System with advanced features.

I am using iSmartRecruit from past few years and it's complete advanced ATS.
