Hey all, I have devleoped a website www.Recruiter2Recruiter.biz out of frustration for recruiters to post needs, post candidates and develop friends to network with. There is a small one time membership fee/year to sign up, then make split placements as many time as you can. I network with quite a few recruiters, but spent most of my time waiting for updated needs and responses.
