Hi Mona - I think one of the problems that the recruiting business has is the ease of entry. It has allowed too many with poor skill, values or knowledge to come into our business. Few survive but while they are with us it helps perpetuate the image of the 'dishonest recruiter' Most of my recruiting buddies are honest, reliable and all around good folks.
