Scott, I remember you from the very first MRI regional conference I attended in 2003. You were running up and down the aisle saying "those of you who sit here with your arms crossed saying 'I already know this stuff', I have something to tell you - if you already knew this stuff, you'd be the one making the presentation." That always stuck with me and I thank you for it!
These are good suggestions and I will pass them along to my manager!

Great ideas - we're using the card contest with a bit of a twist this month. Our contest runs for the month & for each send out the recruiter gets to draw one card; for 3 candidate face to face interviews (candidate - recruiter) they get one card. Best hand at the end of the month wins a pretty good sized cash prize. Lots of competitive spirit generated from this!
