Hi Brian,

Thanks for the video this morning.  This is a motivating and optimistic way to start the day.  I would love to hear more about your ideas on a virtual assistant.   Can you be more specific on the kinds of tasks you put out to the assistant?  I work alone as a independent recruiter with some close associations with other recruiters.  When I think of a virtual assistant it is hard for me to picture how it would save me quality time.  It seems to me I would spend so much time training her/him that the upside would be negligiable.

However, I do need to get some help if I am to grow.  A friend of mine swears by hiring sourcers.  These are typically young women just starting in the professional world, no real experience that he hires on an hourly basis to do the sourcing for him.  It takes awhile but he says if you hire correctly it pays off.

Any more details on the virtual assistant would be so appreciated.  How many hours per week do you use them, what are the tasks they do for you, how much do you pay and where did you find your assistant.

Thanks so much for taking the time to make this information available.

Elise-  Your welcome!  I am going to create an entire VLOG post dedicated to the use a virtual assistant, answering your questions... "However, I do need to get some help if I am to grow. " (Once you admit to this reality, you can truly grow your recruiting desk) Stay tuned later this week!  Best, Brian-

Hi Brian,

I would also love to know how to go about looking for a virtual assistant.  I work in legal which has very specific requirements and I specialize in one particular area but occasionally get openings that are not in my area but could be fillable.  I think that having a virtual assistant to help fill those could be great.

Thank you so much for your time.
