I agree.  I would like to hear your opinion about how a recruiter can capitalize, our best use google+.  What features to you think will be most useful?

Kara-  Your ability to put people in Categories (circles) That way you can send media out to very specific groups.... Also, a facebook "reset" is good for people who have added to many people too early... (I slightly made this mistake)  Google is #1, Youtube #2 Search Engines in the world, being on Google+ I can almost guarantee more organic traffic than say our linked, facebook or twitter profiles....  I will continue to make quick vids on relevant stuff for google+ and others... LOVE THIS STUFF, ESPECIALLY INBOUND RECRUITING/SALES/MARKETING (My view: The Future of our biz)  Best to You Kara!  Brian-
