The Director of Recruitment and Staffing reports to the Vice President, Talent Management and Leadership Development and oversees the enterprise’s employment, recruiting, and retention functions and is accountable for their operational excellence. In partnership with the Vice Presidents of Organization Effectiveness and their OE team members, this position develops and manages programs that are aligned with companies goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establishes an enterprise-wide employment strategy that supports the organization’s goals, staffing plans, and diversity recruitment goals.
• Establishes and implements policies and procedures for recruitment, selection and placement, and standards for interviewing and sourcing candidates.
• Administers programs for testing and selecting personnel.
• Oversees the development of recruitment materials and communications.
• Builds a professional staffing and diversity organization that works collaboratively and shares expertise.
• Provides for the professional development of staff members.
• Identifies underutilized positions and establishes diversity recruitment strategies.
