Innovation is what is going to drive this economy forward and create more jobs.  I am always excited to see new services and technologies launched in the human capital arena.  Social media recruiting is causing the biggest buzz in the sector, especially around established sites like Facebook and LinkedIn.

Strategic thinking and innovation are keys and it is more obvious than ever that recruiting teams have to diversify their recruitment marketing efforts. Job seekers are getting savvier about their search and what information they share online. You have to make sure that your organization is found or finding the right candidates when they are looking online.

Change is usually uncomfortable, but it is inevitable. The recruiting industry is seeing a paradigm shift away from job boards to social recruiting.  It is happening now.  How long will it take for your organization to adapt?  My advice: don't wait too long or you will find your organization behind on the talent curve.
