Every time you try to find a perfect way to influence your target audience, you risk falling into perfectionism and exhausting your brain. With such approach, instead of writing something ideal, you write very little or nothing at all.
Meanwhile, there is a great technique which helps defeat perfectionism and related problems. This technique is widely known as free writing.

Free writing is a way of writing your ideas very quickly, without expressing judgments. You can use free writing for writing on paper or in your word processor. In general, free writing is much like brainstorming.

As many writers put it, free writing helps them achieve considerable progress in their work. There are many ways and useful tips that will help you with free writing:

Free writing has to be fast
Do not give yourself any time to think, make judgments, or evaluate your thoughts. It does not matter if you make mistakes — just keep writing.

Set limits
Setting limits is always helpful in writing. You can use a time limit (with a timer), a deadline, or a word limit (the more, the better).
Pomodoro Technique is very often used by writers. For example, with Pomodoro, you can set your timer for 25 minutes and write without interruption. When 25 minutes come to an end, you take a short break. After a few 25 minutes sessions, you can take a longer break. Only then, after a long break, you evaluate your writing and correct mistakes. Use your own style of writing

Use different ways to express the same ideas or thoughts
