Role: Assistant Manager (Finance Operations)
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Location: Noida

Must to have: Flexible to work in Shifts.

Positions Details: Manage the accounting reconciliation processes. Responsible for supervisory support to associate accountants through transaction monitoring to deliver results as per SLA targets and timeliness. Produce weekly open item reports. Review and approve monthly reconciliation statements. Ensure functioning of the reconciliation processes as per accounting principles.

Work Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of overall work experience. 2 years of relevant work experience in BPO / Banks or Insurance industry. Prior supervisory experience in related functions preferable. Valid Passport (Preferred, not Mandatory)

Education Requirements: Graduate in Accounting / Commerce / Business Administration with at least 15 years of education.

Salary Range: 4-5 LPA
