I had to share this with everyone. No matter how many times I read this fictitious letter it cracks me up!

Could you imagine if this really happened? I've had the best of luck with candidates accepting that we have gone in a different direction; hope I dont jinx it.

I love this! I've been sending it out to all my hiring managers for a few years now. They get a kick out of it.
