This week, my access to LinkedIn was suspended/restricted due to the large amount of people I connected with within a 24 hour period and the large number of page views.

I believe I was using LinkedIn correctly as I was only connecting to people in the Staffing and Recruiting field in the UK who were members of TopLinked, LION and Open-network groups which suggested they were open to connect.

I have now been trying for the past 4 days to try and get my access back by emailing using the online form (7 emails) and calling the main head office customer service line (001 650 687 3600) (3 times leaving messages on their automated voicemail) to no avail and since my account was suspended I have had over 40 replies from my new contacts to which I cannot respond to.

Does any one have any idea on how to get my account back online quicker or do I just have to wait until they decide to respond to my emails and voicemails?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was also suspended just a year ago. It took actually connecting and talking with someone at LinkedIN to resolve the issue and release me from the suspension. Emails do not work, you need to speak to someone at technical support and then the issue will be resolved quickly.
