Why should small companies also provide a good candidate experience in their recruiting process?

Large companies care about their image as an employer. Hence a strong incentive to treat candidates well.

Small companies however may be less focused on the marketing aspects of recruiting.

Let me tell you I work and have worked for very large companies. And if the small company want to get big they will do a AWESOME job with the whole recruiting exp. Also in my exp I think the smaller companies do a really good job because they want the new hires to tell their friends
