This is my first rodeo with a sourcer.  I had been doing it all by my self, client-side, candidate-side, etc, etc.  So as a result of a recent bi-coastal trip, calling on over 150 well funded tech startups, I have come home with over 50, yes over 50 contracted clients.  I am looking a few good sourcers that have connections in San Francisco, Boston, or New York City.
