For any of you who slogged through my four part series of the young woman who was harrassed and terminated by the nutty boss.
I am happy to report that she has accepted a new management position with a competitor of her previous company. She is blown away that people can be so nice, make their employees feel so important, not be obsessed with making up stories and investigations.
Her attorney has just filed an EEOC complaint. Who knows where that will go but she has launched a new and promising career and if nothing else when the crazy ex boss gets a copy of the letter to sue, she will probably wet in her throne.

I hate it when people write something that intrigues me then don't tell me how it ends. I love happy endings so far this one has the earmarks of being one of those success stories. We had a real skull session on how to describe what had happened to her without making it sound like a soap opera. she asked if she had to say she had been termed. I threw a McCartt fit and made her get her speech done. The second thing they said after hello was why did you leave..of course. She said, "well if you ask my ex boss she will tell you i was terminated but i think i quit when i filed an ethics complaint and told the powers that be i couldn't work for her any longer."
That was all that needed to be said, they exec interviewing her laughed and told her that most people hmmm and haw about being termed. She sailed through several interviews with confidence growing with each step. I am tired. I feel like i lived through that one myself so was glad that it came to fruition.
