Professional Interviewer

Readyforce is looking for home-based professional interviewers to provide contract video interview services to our clients. Our goal is to simulate as closely as possible a face-to-face interview experience for both the applicant and the client viewing the recorded interview. 

  • Compensation: hourly equivalent of $25/hr - $40/hr depending on experience
  • Regular business hours with a few weekend and evening slots available
  • You pick your work hours and schedule adherence (attendance) is strictly monitored
  • Minimum 15 hours per week. All work is scheduled and performed via our web-based tools

I would like to know if my experience is similar to that of other recruiters. I am looking at three types of people seeking jobs. #1 people 40+ age turned out of jobs that are not in demand in the current economy. #2 new college graduates with no practical experience. #3 Non-Americans highly qualified but unable to get security clearance, visas, etc.  It is getting extreme for the 40+ crowd. They are being shut out of jobs by credit checks and arbitrary declarations that if they are unemployed for longer than 3 months they are not good employees. I know that as a recruiter my primary concern should be to staff for whoever is paying but has hiring really become so unreasonable?
