There are interesting programs that will jibberish poems. When people post stuff that is out of context (i.e. telling an ATS vendor that they can help them with their staffing positions)...you should reply with a jibberish poem. Maybe Haiku
J Vista Software is an IT Staffing company. We have a good number of consultants available on our W2. We also have strong resourcing team which can help you to get best match for your requirements in minimum turnaround time. Will appreciate if we can be of any help to fill your IT positions with you or with your clients.
Gary, you made me think. Sooo many people talk about us as "Broadlook" ...(usually the unitiated and uninformed). Broadlook is not one product, but so many people are under that impression. We need to change that...I think that will be my next blog posting. Thank you for the nice comments on Broadlook's Profiler and thank you for the inspiration.
Hi Donato. first - I love Broadlook, Profiler is my best friend.
I changed my business model this year and place MPC's, so I have a good stable of employed candidates ready to jump ship when I surface a great situation for them.
Matching my stable of MPC's with Companies who have a need is the biggest challenge.
Too many recruiters out there in this business for the wrong reasons - its not all about money. Too many untrained recruiters discounting fees below 20% and allowing companies to treat them as "vendors".

Great interview on the Recruiting Animal Show. I do like your story about building rapport with the technical guy using the cooking usenet group. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to meet you at SourceCon. I did get your email and I have downloaded the Diver install file and will be trying it soon. Thanks.
Don, You are scheduled to be the guest on the Recruiting Animal Show today at Noon eastern time. Be sure to call in at around 11.55.
