Did you find contracts? I am very new at this and I am looking for contracts to provide permanent placement Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists.  Does anyone have any samples, etc. that they can share?

Since you are going to be doing specific niche recruiting you might check with some of your hospital or clinic contacts and see if they have a standard contract that they use with recruiters.  Many of them do.

Just don't get bunched up with form over substance.  I saw Bill Ward's post to you.  He's right.  Keep it simple.  Have an accountant set up your business as an LLC or a DBA whichever they recommend.  It would be good to talk with your insurance agent and get errors and omissions insurance.  A good accountant is a good place to start with wll the business stuff.  As a recruiter,  First thing is to talk with your contacts who would be in a position to hire.  See if they will list a position or two with you and see if you can fill them.  Having already worked in a profession you will have a much easer time talking to candidates/hiring managers for OT and PT than someone who has never been one.  The first deal is get a job order either through HR or the hiring manger that you know  at a place you know.  There has always been a need for PT's and hospitals and clinics are normally willing to work with recruiters. 

 

Just fill one then go from there.  Recruiting is about 80% rejection so just don't get discouraged of think it needs to happen fast.  Stay with it fill a few then go buy a book or take a training course if you feel you need it.
