What's your favorite question to ask candidates when you interview them?

I'm creating a training presentation for the recruiters in my office regarding face to face interviews with candidates and how to effectively gather the information you need as well as ally the candidate with you.  I have the standard "What are you looking for in your next position" and "Is there anything at all that would keep you from accepting a position if it meets your criteria?" as well as general interview questions.  My question to you all is, what is your favorite question(s) to ask when you're interviewing a candidate.  I don't pretend to know it all and would appreciate any feedback you guys can give me.

I'd agree with Bagus, it is so important to cover the dreaded counter offer questions. "What would you do if your current company offered you an extra few thousand to stay?" is one I always used in telephone pre-screening. Using it face to face is even better as you can read a person's reaction better.
