Good luck with that Chris and welcome to the world of recruiting. Like you- I got a new great physician candidate that has real motivation for relocation (family issue). So my goal is similar in that I will be flipping over stones (via phone of course) to try to identify a few opportunities for us to explore. Happy Hunting!

I agree! Very well actually, I have finally figured out where all of these candidates were hiding for the Online Marketing Position as well as the Commercial Printing Sales Positions so I am going to start calling them now (I was told it's best to call candidates starting around 3:30pm when they have been there all day and are hating their job, lol).
