Leadership is one of my favorite subjects to write about, for many reasons.  Mostly because I have had some really great experiences working with some really great leaders - BUT there have also been some horrible experiences, with horrible leaders.  Most can relate, I am sure.

We either follow or we lead - or we beat our own drum.  There will be times during our lives when we will do one or the other - or we somehow manage to do all three simultaneously - I seem to do all three all the time.  Maybe the reason why I lack sleep so very often.  :-)
