How does your company handle posting a requisition which has multiple openings?  Do you post the position once and hire multiple people against the requisition behind the scenes or do you post a requisition for each opening and candidates apply for all. (ex. 25 customer service reps are needed at the same location)

We post each job opening....25 times if we need too...

It might depend on how the customer measures headcount. Some have the ability to ability to hire multiples on one specific req and others need to open a separate req for each position. In either case, this sounds like a perfect time to mention an "employee referral program."

This is also a good time to leverage those runner-up candidates or silver medalists.

A master requisition is posted.  As each hire is confirmed a single requisition is assigned a sequential number (or number and dash number) e.g., 7342712-1, -2, -3, etc., until all jobs are filled.  It is done this way because HR (Benefits) & Payroll require an official job requisition number to assign to each new hire to accommodate their pay, sick pay, pension, benefits--as well as for accounting/tracking purposes.
