Thanks for the compliment, Mark. I do believe seriously that folk can make recruiting very, very complicated when at its heart is a simple proposition. I was once asked by a client what my 'recruiting methodolgy' was as a head-hunter and I said "I ring people up and ask if them if they'd like a job." The client hired me and I made a stack of placements for them!
Looks like your line of business is not quite in my sweet spot (although I used to be big in telecomms but I am UK based (although I do some US stuff for EMEA clients generally) and I mainly focus on head-hunting people with a C or VP in front of their job title but heh, good to meet you and if you ever need a Limey recruiter (or know anyone who does) then you know where I am.
Today, I go looking for a single indiviual my client needs to hire, someone who is NOT active in the market, who may not have an updated resume or felt they needed one! I'm not endlessly filling a pipline with people who want to look at new opportunities for a continuous job order, or people that are currently working with 8-10 other recruiters. That's not my market- That to me is the difference---look at my web page and call me if you'd like. www.mrginternational.net

Hi Mark-
