All this time i worked in IT contract recruiting and sub contract resource. Now my company policy has changed, we need to hire the resource on our W2 in order to fill those contract positions.

I didn’t have any data base or job portal access from my company. I source thru my network and filled 30 positions in 7 months with current company.

I don’t know how to hire resource on our W2 for the contract positions open with us. How do u source profiles for full time?  ----- Any suggestions please
