I work for a technology consulting firm and we usually hire experience developers. We are considering putting together an intern program and would be hiring people right out of college with little or no experience.
My question.... what types of technical or behavioral questions would you ask someone with little or no experience?
Thanks!

Hi Malia - I am NOT a technical recruiter but I think the main point would be to really think about what your expectations would be of them at time of hire then going through the first 12 months. Look at what they recently learned (hopefully!) in school compared to the people currently in your company that are in similar roles that you plan for the intern to progress to. Would they normally have projects/work from school that you can see? If there are not a lot of hard skills to actually verify, then really try to focus on other areas like - did they work while going to school (may be self sufficient, motivated), why did they choose that area of study, what other interests do they have, etc.
Sounds like an exciting change, good luck!
