This is a technical role and personality will not affect his daily tasks.  With that said, the candidate has an interview Monday and I hope his demeanor don't ruin his chances.

I usually limit my interaction with them. And tell my client the good, the bad, and the ugly. Someone else might not think he/she is a @**, or be willing to accept it for the skills.
