Good morning!~Thank you for your comment Susan..and for another interesting discussion. I had some technical difficulties..during the discussion.. however... It's been interesting as I continue to explore the careerpath (both corporate and agency side) for sourcing.. It's been exciting to participate in your discussion. I hope to participate further next week. Have a great Wednesday Susan!

Sometimes the chat box freezes (it did it to me twice during the chat), and sometimes the whole page just freezes up. I can't tell if it's my computer, or just what. It's been a long month for me with technology -- but that's a whole different whine and cheese party. Good thought to ask Jason, I'll do that. Thanks!

Thanks for moderating another interesting discussion, Susan. I kept getting bumped off, but what I was able to join was fun. I'll try again next week!

Susan,

Thank you for allowing me to jump in again and go off on a tangent. This is the only place I can go to work some of these things out of my head. Can you imagine how wound up I would be if I did not get it out?

Thank you Susan, it was an interesting discussion and I could see that some people were able to get some clarification and confirmation that what they are doing is the right thing to do. Overall, building pipelines takes time and the payoff may not be immediate but in the big picture, building relationships, and networking will add to the ROI. Thanks for moderating!

Thanks Susan! I'll email you. This kind of event being here in PDX is rare so I'd be a fool to miss it! And I may be a lot of things, but I'm no fool. See you there.

HI Susan! Thanks for your comment! My trip to Portland only involves crossing the Washington state/Oregon border. Nevermind about sunshine - it's overrated and makes our skin age prematurely. ;) I've never done a local recruiting/training event and it may seem silly, but it makes me a little nervous! Send me to an international/national trade show to meet with clients and candidates and I'm fine. This could be a great growth thing for me. I hope to see you next Friday!

Susan, your comment on my Facebook article got me thinking: What are your feelings about not only staffing/recruiting firms sending in fake candidates to potential clients, but fake resumes on a job board? (When I say 'fake resume', I mean a phone number or email that links back to a recruiter at a firm?) Do you think there is a correlation to this selling of Facebook personas?
