Feedback on Hired.com and/or Vettery products?

Has anyone used either Hired.com or Vettery products to any extent?  They seem to have a lot of common ground, though they're fairly limited to cities that have a highly technical orientation.  Would love to hear the opinions from any who has used either platform to some extent.  Thanks in advance.
