We’re looking for a recruiter with a minimum of three years experience who has a track record for identifying passive candidates, effectively matching client needs with candidate experience, managing the interview process, and negotiating contracts. Applicants must possess strong written and oral communication skills; have a mind for sales; and be motivated to meet monthly and quarterly goals. Compensation is based on level of experience.

I do have my own IT Staffing company, started last year December. Looking to tie-up with few good companies. We do work with major Telecom, Pharma, Financials and Federal clients in USA. We are more interested in partnering with companies like yours, so that we it will benefit mutually.
