Great recruiting is often seen as an art form. And it is.

There is also a lot of science in great recruiting. Learning and
applying the science involves acquiring and using a mixed bag of
skills, techniques, tools, knowledge and technologies.

One of the basic internet skills a great recruiter needs to master is
effectively using the various online search engines and tools, to find
information, resumes, contacts, news and more.

Which is why we are offering a free online Bolean search tutorial or
'cheat-sheet', created by industry leader Barbara Ling of Rise
(Recruiters Internet Strategic Education) fame, showing the ins and
outs of using the various search tools online along with our own Big
Biller Secrets cheat-sheet with 12 rules for Big Billers.

Its a free no obligation offer.

We are inviting you to register and receive both of these
complimentary guides in celebration of our special offer on the Big
Biller DVD.

Details and registration are at

Hi Bill

Great sharing! I am a new member to recruiting blogs. I have visited xtremerecruiting.org, I LIKED IT!
I am actually from Malaysia. I have been invovled in recruiting for 4 years now and has been going through lots of challenges. In Malaysia, we don't have any access to blogs like recruitingblogs. We just have to learn the hard way. Am glad that I found this blog and hope guru like you and others will allow me to learn and apply to my business.

Nice knowing you.
Cheers
Jenna

Hello, Bill

I recently received a demo of Broadlook's Diver to help reduce the tediousness of my resume search efforts.

As you know, I've been recruiting since 1994 and it's imperative (as a solo operator) that I upgrade to Internet 2.0 or 3.0 technology. I currently use the new "job board" LinkedIn.com and Google boolean searches but really need an automated organizing tool such as Diver. Any other recommendations, Vick?

All those tool help the recruiter, but if they do not pick up the phone they will fail!!!
