Hello All,

I own a small IT Recruiting Company..that is beginning a period of rapid growth. I could use some help putting together a recruiting manual for new, inexperienced hires. Does anyone have any information to share with me?

Would be glad to help - what do you have so far? I have 20 years of experience in the industry.
Would love to help you out - I have experience in both contingency and retained search. I also have past writing experience - Email me - suzanne.hessing@gmail.com :)
I have loose collection of "How to prepare candidates for interviews"...documents with position specific technology questions...some info on the best networking websites...

What I would like is a "tell all" manual to put in front of a new recruiter. I would even take just the template for a training manual. anyone out there who has worked for a national firm and would be willing to share a pdf with the "little guy" would be great too...

I am a new Technical Recruiter. My company has no such document either. I would be interested in a "tell all" manual if you acquire one and are willing to share.
Amanda,

I will keep you in mind!

While I have created multiple documents in recruiting...I do not have ready access to them and they should be updated anyway with new technology being referenced. However I did conduct a brief search on line and thought this outline may be helpful for you...

Suzanne,

I will keep you in mind. I am looking, at this point, to save on the fees associated with hiring someone to write it.

Additionally, if you want to forward what you already have, I'd be happy to make any suggested changes, additions, etc. to keep the ball rolling.
I am in the midst of a HOT search right now for C/C++ people with active TS today so am unable to devote much time today to help you but would love to help you out a little later when I have more time.
