Hi Matthew,
I am interested in knowing how you quantify an experienced recruiter? I also wanted to ask are these recruiters targeting US talent or are the candidates they would recruit and offer based offshore but are willing to come to the US?

Are you looking for an experienced recruiter or offering your services?
I am an experienced recruiter who worked in Japan recruiting finance managers and
systems engineers. Now I am in Chile recruiting IT (Sap) engineers for overseas
assignments.
I will be returning to Tokyo next year,August, and will be looking for a good
recruiting firm.
