Global Recruiting Manager (Pittsburgh, PA)

I am seeking a Global Recruiting Manager for my client's international headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. If you have a global recruiting background, solid history managing more than 2 direct reports for a Fortune 1000 company, and outstanding strategic staffing experience I would love to speak with you. Base range is 100-130k+ 15% bonus, and relocation. Description is attached
