Sourcer Retail Banking Industry Southern California/ Location Los Angeles

I am looking for an experienced sourcer for my client, must have retail banking experience. networking , strong in sourcing not utilizing job boards. Experience in searching for candidates with financial certifications. You will be working on sourcing for Southern California and will be based in LA or SD County.
