I need to find SW Engineers with Mobile experience

I need to find SW Engineers that have Mobile experience (In San Diego or willing to relocate). They also must have experience with BSP, or OpenGL/GUI. There are several positions to fill.

Hi Steve, so far I have searched some of the job boards and also my database, but OpenGL/GUI engineers are hard to find. Any suggestions?

If they're hard to find, they probably aren't posting their resumes to job boards, right? So why spend lots of time there.

Now I could write a search string but I'm sure others will show off their prowess but let me ask you a few questions...

Have you tapped into the OpenGL community? Lots here - messages boards, mailing lists and newsgroups. Just look and see who's speaking about topics. All the libraries include lists of contributors.

And this is just one tech group.
