just looked it over but it looks promising. better than looking at the typical google, zoominfo, pipl, altavista results pages.

I will play with it some more tomorrow using some search strings and arguments. What have you tried?

It's terrible. I'd never recommend it to any recruiter or researcher. In fact I'd rather say that for every recruiter or researcher this is one that should be avoided at all cost.

It's to flashy and pretty.

Might as well pull the discussion right now.

It works really well, will accept typical Googlean arguments and display them in a graphical layout that is easy on the eyes. It's sister app, http://www.ujiko.com has a more traditional results look within the flash application layout as well as having the next page link so your not inundated with links to review.

With any search engine it's a good idea to try to find others who are more seasoned in it's usage as they have either a helper page or are at least willing to share some of their tricks for getting better results.

It also goes without saying, to make changes in you search terms and arguments as no single search engine is going to provide you with 'the perfect search engine'.
