Michelle - It depends on who you are trying to reach. Different audiences are in different places, but it's so easy to twitter and blog - now, that you have no reason not to start.

While it's hard to find subject ideas when you start, I promise it gets easier as you get the hang of it. Start with job tips, everybody is looking for those now.
