Greetings from Zenithsoft!!

I had posted this advertisement before under the header "LEAVE YOUR RECRUITING WORRIES TO US" on this forum before and I did receive a few enquiries requesting for more details and some of them even discussed the rates with me but to be candid considering the current situation almost all of them backed out and that's when I decided to restructure the billing model.

The revised rates are follows:

$100 FOR A RESUME WHICH WE SUBMIT AND GETS PRESENTED TO YOUR CLIENT.

$2500 IF THE CLIENT DECIDES TO HIRE THE CANDIDATE.

For all this we use our own JOB BOARDS as we have licenses to the major job boards like MONSTER/DICE and CAREER BUILDERS and also we will use our own DATABASE which is pretty huge as a result of the number of years we have been in the RECRUITING BUSINESS.

The Verticals in which we have the expertise on are :

1. I.T.
2. ENGINEERING.
3. FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS.
4. HEALTH CARE.
5. AUTOMOTIVE.

Please write to me if you have any questions.

My e-mail address is rossm@zenithsoft.com

Sincerely
Ross Marian

This is interesting?
You mean...we pay $100 for every resume you send us?
OR $100 for a screened and shortlisted resume?

Can you send me more details...

$100 for every screened Resume which you accept and decide to present to your Client if you are a STAFFING FIRM.

Please e-mail me if you have any questions rossm@zenithsoft.com

Sincerely
Ross Marian

I guess you could call this a contingency style job board sourcing business. At first glance it seems like a good deal to me. No strings and low fees.
