Interested in working on "split placements" with a minority/woman owned Tech Agency

Through previous experience, I have found it mutually beneficial working with minority/woman owned staffing agencies to provide "split placement" contract engineering expertise to clients such as General Dynamics, Raytheon, Northrop, Lockheed, etc...who take on these "small businesses" as members of a preferred vendor list, and would like to work with the owner of such businesses again.

My company, Oxford International, has a tremedous amount of engineering resources (consultants available for on site assignments), but often gets shut out from working with government clients, such as those listed above, due to the fact that we are publically owned and traded (ASGN).

What I propose is to provide the consultants (resources) in exchange for the job requirements (job opportunities). In exchange, The minority/woman owned agency, would receive a standard fee per placement.

If anyone is interested in such an arrangement, please don't hesitate to email me at: Ben_Ziskind@oxfordcorp.com and we can discuss this further.

Thanks!

Ben

There must be someone interested in this opportunity-???
I've had 1 reply thus far-looks to be promising-would love additional responses. This is a very easy additional revenue boost for a small/minority/disadvantaged technology/engineering agency-basically, if you have open contract engineering positions with a company, and are unable to fill them yourself, we would provide the candidates (my company holds an active TS Clearance-so we have great candidates for DOD clients), you simply submit them, sit back, and take a piece of the commission-EASY!
