Splits/working together/Hospitaliy/Hotel industry

I am interested in developing relationsips with independant Headhunters the represent either the Hosptality/Hotel niche or any complementary niche to that. I do not know quite how to get the word out except by maybe posting here in the hope that someone wonderful fellow recruiter might see this and pass it along.

You might want to look at Dayak. Dayak has a over 5,000 recruiters and staffing firms doing split placements with one another, and its free to use. You might find some recruiting partners there.

Hey Andrew, good seeing you here.

Is there a way that I could get a message to the 5000 members of Dayak about my Recruiting Splits movement that I am trying to get underway? If you have a twitter account, you can enter a description of the job order and put #spits in it. Then if you do a search for #splits on twitter You will see the recruiters looking to develop split business or that have orders.

Make sure you let Dayak know that they must put #splits in the twitter post. The great thing is that it is also free and that they can do it right from Twitter

There are not a lot of recruiters using it yet but that may change. Have a look here
