SAP terminology, buzz words, etc.

Hello:

Although I have been an IT recruiter for 20 years here in the US, I have only done a little bit of SAP recruiting (mostly ABAP, BASIS, FI/CO). I am looking to expand my skills and learn as much as possible about SAP products and the skills required for most SAP positions.

I've visited SAP's web site to learn about their products but it seems confusing. Can anyone recommend a good web site or source to learn about SAP in "layman's terms"?
