Navigate blog & join some groups. There you'llsee some that focuson tools; topics; splits; and, discussions.

Think of it as going to a party and learning as you meet & engage new people in conversation versus thinking of it like a library of data files.

You'll find some of the BRIGHTEST people in Talent Acquisition are members.

Become "friends" with experts you've seen listed as speakers at conferences by ERE; SHRM; etc.

Also load up some of your personal content; you'll be perceived as a participant versus a consumer.
