Characteristics of the ideal candidate:

Experience recruiting professionals in a healthcare or technology arena
Clinical research experience or recruiting clinical research professionals is a plus
Strong follow-up skills…keep the pipeline warm at all times
Research and utilize the most effective recruiting tools appropriate to the industry
Ability to generate sales leads
Creation of attractive and effective ads
Great attitude and a team player
Minimum Education and Experience:

1+ year of scientific experience or demonstrated scientific knowledge base
BS/BA degree
2+ years recruiting experience, preferably in recruiting clinical consultants
